Returns

It is possible to return an order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The costs for returning are for your own account.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

 Submit a warranty request or a return request?
It may happen that a product breaks or something else happens that makes you want to exchange or return the product. For the proper handling of the exchange, return or warranty request, we would like to ask you to send us an email. As soon as we have received all the requested information, we will contact you for further proper handling.
